Complete the table below based on the following information. Tables in appendix of book but may need to look online as well. Review pg 517-518 of text. Recall tolerance values in tables are in thousands of an inch. The first row has been started for you as an example

Turn in PDF dwgs of each part (AM311 and 312)
Use bilateral tolerancing on the dwg.
Place your tolerance study in the notes on the drawings proving your parts will always fit together and fit through the gauge.
Print on A size paper portrait orientation.
As always, turn in prt files for validation.		  
           
    10 3 Do Project 8-38 but with more control on the geometry.
Make sure the shaft is perpendicular to the back face within 0.005"
Make sure the two faces of each part are parallel within 0.005"
Make sure the hole in the lower block is cylidrical within 0.005"
The lower block needs to be pretty gosh darn square when comparing its sides to its faces. Give the appropriate tolerancing to ensure this will happen.
And the two faces that will fit up against each other need to be smooth to 32 µm.
Turn in paper dwgs in A size portrait orientation.
As always turn in prt files too.
