In the group decision-making process, seven factors are believed to influence group performance, such as relationships, group structure, group process, member emotions, group communication, member attributes, and external forces (Hirokawa, Degooyer, & Valde, 2000).
In the literature review section, review updated theories (or peer-reviewed journal articles) on group decision-making, and critically analyse what is key for successful group decision-making. Use real industry examples to interpret the literature in the discussion section.
The essay should be structured under the headings: Introduction (200 words), Literature Review (1200 words), Discussion (800 words), Conclusion, References (note: no other headings permitted).
