I am Looking for literature review on the use of feedback in the workplace what does the research say? What are the key aspects Who what where when how of feedback for supervisors and managers

I am Looking for literature review on the use of feedback in the workplace....what does the research say? What are the key aspects? Who, what, where, when, how of feedback for supervisors and managers. The main purpose is to provide evidenced-based practices (specific things that supervisors and managers, and the employees themselves can do on the job to enhance feedback) that are clearly linked to empirical and validated research.
The final product can be a PowerPoint presentation about 20-30 slides, with "notes" for content and explanation. Must include bibliography/references

 

The presentation will include:
Discussion of the cyclical nature of performance measurement, decision-making, and improvement actions
Exploration of the central role of feedback in continual improvement
Examination of key issues in converting performance data into feedback, which in turn should contribute to improved performance
3. At least one third of the presentation will focus on helping people (primarily supervisors and/or managers) selecting and using key strategies for converting performance data into actionable feedback and improved performance results (presenting it as a coherent process). There might be a shared responsibility between managers, supervisors, and the actual employee.
4. Ask Ingrid any questions in order to complete the task successfully
5. Add research literature (to what I will provide you) as useful/required.
6. Include references for all work cited.
7. Include narrative notes in the PPT notes section to help provide context for what is in the PPT slide
8. Provide a table/matrix that cross-references specific best practices to a research reference

The PowerPoint presentation should help people (primarily supervisors and/or managers) who read it select key strategies for converting performance data into actionable feedback and improved performance results. The research literature seems to be clear on describing feedback, but not as clear on prescribing a clear process for how to "convert" data into timely, clear, corrective, and sufficient feedback for employees. This is where I would like you to to focus.
