However, if Zara is willing to expand itself in international frontiers, it has to deal with certain macro-environmental obligations. In terms of the political environment, Zara can freely enter and operate in East Asian countries. However, countries like India, Pakistan and Iraq have troubled political condition thus impacting operations of Zara (Chon, 2010). While, South Asia has poor economy, Zara might benefit from operations in East Asia and West Asia due to high economic growth rate. The technological environment of East Asia is quite high thus advancing the future growth rate of Zara in those counties. On the contrary, potential market potential of Zara in South Asia and Central Asia is unsure, due to slow technological growth. Finally, as a result of growing fashion consciousness in Asian countries, Zara might soon find acceptance (Tarn, 2005). Consumers’ preferring foreign products will obviously favour Zara, thus leading to an increase in product purchase and sale. Thus, in order to expand business in foreign frontiers, the business operations of Zara should be focussed at being responsive to customers’ needs. The same will ultimately help in building loyalty.
