The shirts are soaked in a tub containing the industrial detergent "Whizzo" and then are wrung out and sent to be rinsed. the leftover whizzo is sent to a filter where the majority of the dirt is remove, and the cleaned detergent is recycled to join a stream of pure Whizzo input

Specifications:

1. Each 100 lbm of dirty t-shirts contains 2.0 lbm dirt 

2. Washing removes 95% of dirt off shirts

3. Shirts absorb 25 lbm of whizzo of which 22 lbm is wrung back into the tub

4. Detergent enetering tub contains 97% whizzo, Detergent entering filter contains 87% whizzo, and wet dirt solids leaving the filter contain 8% whizzo
