Consider an M/M/2/5 queue where interarrival times are exponential (lambda) and service times are exponential (Mu1) and (Mu2) for the first and second server respectively and the capacity of the system is 5. Derive the following system measures:

a) Steady state probabilities

b) Expected number of customers in the system

c) Server utilization rate

d) Expected number of customers left without joining the queue
