Keats’ “Eve of St. Agnes” and Emily Bronte’s “Wuthering Heights” both depicts some similarities to each other being the products of the Romantic period. Analyzing both the literary works it can be ascertained how the elements of Romanticism have been infused in these works by their creators. But even though one can find some similarities between these two great works of literature belonging to the Romantic period, owing to style and theme, some basic differences are observable between Keats’ work and Bronte’s work.
