CHANGING RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TNC’S AND NATION STATES COMPARING RESPECTIVE ROLES, OBJECTIVES, FLEXIBILITY AND POWER
As opined bySeita (2006), the term globalisation has been defined as the widening flexibility or the openness of the domestic aspects to a broader area for better performance in trading and transactions of both monetary and non-monetary activities. In additionScherer et al. (2011) has stated that globalisation enables the organisations to operate in an interconnected and interdependent area having the amenities of free capital transfer and provision of required products and services across a national frontier. However, on the other hand,Ruggie (2007) has argued that globalisation excludes unobstructed flow of labour as it costs high than the local employment. Some of the economists have suggested developing globalisation policies keeping all the consequences in mind as indiscriminate application of such policies could impair the fragile part of economies. However, it's also true that globalisation opens a range of new opportunities to the organisation in case of pushing up the financial sustainability and business expansion to a broader marketplace.
