Critically appraise the importance of market situation analysis You must meet all of these outcomes to achieve a pass grade in this assignment. Task(s) Task 1: Presentation Choose a retailer and conduct a full portfolio analysis on their current and future situation using an appropriate business tool. You should also complete an external audit and consider the implications this may have on the retailer’s future marketing direction. This work should be presented with support from appropriate sector and academic sources. A copy of the presentation will need to be submitted to your tutor via Turnitin. ?Assignment Details Task 2: Report Evaluate the methods used in your analysis and , where appropriate, offer recommendations to support the strategic planning process.
