The attorney believes that this relationship would benefit her practice because the physician is a medical malpractice expert who regularly provides testimony in these types of cases. The physician would like to be the attorney's partner, and make this arrangement evident in advertisements of their firm, as well as on its letterhead and in as listed in phone books, etc. these materials would identify the professional titles and degrees of both the physician and the attorney.
