Knowing that the collar is released from rest at A, determine the velocity of the collar at point B for values of k rangingfrom.1-lb/in to 2.0-lb/in.


to imagine the diagram, the collar at point A (unstretched) is on the same x-axis as the anchor @ C, while the collar point B (stretched) is located downwards-left topoint A, forming a 30 degree angle with the y-axis (vertical). In other words, the collar connecting points A and B is 30 degrees from the vertical/y-axis.

if I had the answer to this problem on paper, how can I go about transfering this to MATLAB softtware code? any reference is helpful like what kind of functions of thegeneral method of how to get from input--->output
