Management at a strategic level requires systems and procedures to be developed and implemented to facilitate the organisation?s operational plan. LEARNING OUTCOMES Upon successful completion of this module, students will have an understanding of how to develop and implement an operational plan to ensure that the objectives and strategies outlined in the strategic and/or business plan may be developed by a strategic planning unit TEACHING PROGRAM The program is of forty (40) hours duration, comprising eight (8) hours per week for one teaching block of five (5) weeks.
