Depending on the students current job role and career advancement goals, the paper may include an action plan for (a) developing greater skills and competencies in core management competencies (strategy, organization structure/job design, talent, and performance management, etc.) and (b) how their respective organization can enhance effectiveness through changes to key management activities, such as strategic planning, performance appraisal and feedback, high-potential leadership assessment and development, collaboration across departments, functions, or business units, and/or other relevant organizational changes.
