The rectanglar block shown rotatesabout the diagonal OA with a constant angular velocity of 6.76rad/s. Knowing that the rotation iscounterclockwise as viewed fromA, determine the velocity and acceleration of point B at theinstant shown. 
I have a question on problem 15.10. Shown above is problem15.9 and 15.10 says to use this diagram and find the velocity andacceleration at point B if the blockrotates around diagnal OA at3.38 rad/s and decreases at a rate of 5.07 rad/s^2.I figured the velocity of Vb to be (-18.7i + 5.99j -780k) bytaking the unit vector of OA (0.148i +0.923j +0.355k) and takingthe cross product ofthat timesthe 3.38 and then multiplyingthis value for ω by the position vector for point B.I'm not sure how to get the acceleration, though.I knowthe answer in the book is(-3.46i - 27.6j + 73.1k) but I am not sure how they cameabout that answer. I know it somehow relates the value of 5.07 andthe position vector and ω , but I'mstruggling with thisone.Anyone have any suggestions? Any help would beappreciated.
