Jasson, a brand and sales manager at a renowned soft drink company has come up with what he calls a brilliant idea to launch their latest brand.Cola" with a bang. Jasson plans to package Cola with their high selling brand of potato chips by the name of "Relays." All wholesalers and big retailers throughout the country would be required to purchase a crate of Cola 500Ml bottles along with every purchase of 10 cartons of Relays. This will instantly get Cola in the market. Mr. Goss, the owner of Star Super Stores, a local grocery retail chain in LA, is only interested in buying Relays and has no interest in selling Cola as in his opinion it's an awful product. Jasson has ordered the discontinuation of supply to Star Super Stores of all Relays chips, causing loses of thousands of rupees to Star Super Stores on a daily basis. What are the options available to Mr. Goss under the Competition Act? What will he be required to prove to make his case and are there any past cases he can rely on to build his argument?
